- Coordinate with sales, credit and legal to launch new products / modify existing products
- Understand product requirements by interacting with sales team / customers / channel partners
- Undertake marketing activity at key dealerships
- Build opportunities for business development
- Take initiatives for improving customer satisfaction and product profitability
- Build relationship with manufacturers and dealers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Finance MBA / atleast 5 year's experience in retail assets specially in Term Loans & Working capital products
- Experience in Agriculture & Rural is a must
- Able to analyze market requirements
- Knowledge of current sales process at dealership, mortgage of agri land, assessment
