Relationship Manager- Private Equity (Banking & Financial Institution Group)
M.B.A from reputed institutes or CA or CFA.
Overall work experience in banking and financial services of around 6-10 years with hands-on experience of at least 3-5 years as a business development.
Relationship Manager sourcing asset, FX, trade and liability related products.
Sound background knowledge of financial sector at large with specific experience of private equity banking and FDI custody segment in particular will be preferred.
Sound sales orientation with persistence and drive to break into sticky business.
Strong domain expertise with asset, fx, trade and cash management services is necessary
Originate new business from domestic and international private equity and real estate funds to drive fee income (FX, custody, escrow, CMS) and maintain strong CASA balances.
Support origination of private equity-linked financing opportunities and expand the bank's client portfolio.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing private equity, real estate fund, and financial consultancy clients.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to deepen client engagement and enhance revenue generation.
Drive end-to-end transaction execution and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including Credit, CAD, Treasury, Custody, Escrow, CMS, and Operations for smooth account management.
Oversee ongoing account management activities and ensure timely resolution of client requirements and operational issues.
