Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions using Dynatrace.
Lead performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and optimization efforts.
Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and SRE teams to define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and reports for various stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers and operational teams.
Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and observability trends.
Familiarity with other observability tools (AppDynamics, ELK, Datadog) is a plus.
Dynatrace certifications (Administration, Implementation, Advanced Observability) preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
