Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle USA Payroll Support Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Payroll processes and integrations. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of payroll flows, payroll elements, balance logic, Fast Formula development, and end-to-end payroll processing within Oracle HCM/Payroll environments.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on experience supporting payroll operations and integrations across multiple HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support and enhancement activities for Oracle USA Payroll.
• Manage and troubleshoot payroll flow configurations, payroll elements, balances, and payroll processing issues.
• Work on payroll balance logic including:
  • YTD (Year-to-Date)
  • MTD (Month-to-Date)
  • Balance Feeds
• Analyze and resolve payroll calculation discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Develop, modify, and support Payroll Fast Formulas.
• Support payroll integrations including:
  • Absence to Payroll
  • Benefits to Payroll
  • Compensation to Payroll
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Finance teams for payroll-related requirements.
• Perform impact analysis, testing, and validation during releases and changes.
• Support payroll audits, compliance activities, and month-end/year-end payroll processes.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for payroll configurations and support activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle USA Payroll Support.
• Excellent understanding of payroll processing lifecycle and payroll flows.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Payroll Elements
  • Payroll Balances
  • Balance Feeds
  • Payroll Fast Formula
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll integrations.
• Good understanding of payroll-related modules and dependencies.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to handle offshore support activities independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Knowledge of HDL/HCM Extracts/BI Reports.
• Experience working in support and enhancement projects.
• Exposure to payroll compliance and taxation concepts in the USA.
