| The offshore HIM Analyst is a single seat carrying Nuance Dragon support volume and document routing during IST hours. The role must escalate ROI and chart-correction issues with appropriate severity (legal record implications). | |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | |
| Provide Cerner HIM and Access HIM support during IST hours. | |
| Triage Document Imaging and RRD tickets. | |
| Provide Nuance Dragon Medical user-level support. | |
| Support E-Signature workflow issues. | |
| Inspect HL7 v2.x MDM messages for document-routing diagnosis. | |
| Recognize ROI and chart-correction issues that carry legal-record implications; escalate to onshore SA. | |
| REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS | |
| Cerner HIM Support (required) | Cerner HIM and Access HIM production support. Chart deficiency and completion triage. Coding queue support. |
