| ROLE SUMMARY | |
| The offshore Pharmacy Analyst backstops Tier 2 pharmacy events during US overnight hours. The role must escalate medication-safety severity events to the onshore PharmD Informaticist regardless of hour. This is a single offshore seat covering PharmNet support during IST hours. | |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | |
| Provide Cerner PharmNet support during IST hours: PowerOrders, Pharmacy Verification, Order Sentences. | |
| Triage BD Pyxis alerts and connectivity issues. | |
| Monitor ePrescribe and Bridge Interface health. | |
| Inspect HL7 v2.x medication interfaces (RDS, RDE) for diagnosis. | |
| Maintain ServiceNow queue discipline. | |
| REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS | |
| Cerner PharmNet Support (required) | PharmNet PowerOrders, Pharmacy Verification, Order Sentences support. Order Catalog basics with Multum drug content. |

| HL7 Triage (required) | HL7 v2.x RDS and RDE message inspection. |
