- Manage installation of the new Access Points in the Dublin Pt of Sale labs.
- Execute test scripts and other project tasks in the Dublin Point of Sale labs.
- Oversee/coordinate the installation of the new Access Points in the offshore Labs
- Single point of Contact for post deployment support for newly deployed wireless infrastructure.
- Create SOPs / MOPs for Ross BAU team.
- Coordinate with wireless vendors as part triage, TAC and RMA
- Coordinate with Ross internal or third parties for any integration related fixes and issues
- Manage technical issues through resolution
- Develop milestones for the support transition workstream
