Graphic Designer
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana · Type: Full-time, In-office
The role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals across social, marketing, and on-ground campaigns.
What you'll do
- Design social media creatives, ads, posters, and brand collateral
- Own visual consistency across Funky Island and Blaaze
- Work with marketing and video teams to ship campaigns on tight timelines
- Take feedback and iterate fast without losing the creative spark
What you bring
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- You should have some expertise in creating wall graphics
- A portfolio that shows range and a sharp eye for layout, type, and color
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines
Bonus points
- Motion/animation basics, Figma, or experience designing for entertainment/lifestyle brands
Video Editor
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana · Type: Full-time, In-office
The role
We need a Video Editor who can cut content that hooks in the first 3 seconds — reels, ads, event recaps, and brand films.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form video for Instagram, YouTube, and paid ads
- Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color correction
- Collaborate with designers and the marketing team on creative direction
- Manage footage, maintain an organized library, and deliver on deadline
What you bring
- 1–3 years of video editing experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- A reel showing strong pacing, storytelling, and platform-native edits
- Understanding of what makes social content perform
Bonus points
- DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, shooting/camera experience, or VFX skills
Customer Support
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana · Type: Full-time, In-office
The role
You'll be the friendly, reliable voice our guests remember — solving problems and making every interaction smooth.
What you'll do
- Handle customer queries across phone, email, chat, and social
- Resolve bookings, complaints, and feedback quickly and warmly
- Coordinate with internal teams to close issues end-to-end
- Keep records accurate and flag recurring problems
What you bring
- 0–2 years in customer support or a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
- Patience, empathy, and a calm head under pressure
- Comfort with basic CRM/support tools
Bonus points
- Experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment
