We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist who goes beyond running campaigns - someone who owns performance, obsesses over quality scores, and scales revenue through sharp intent-based targeting.\n\nWhat you'll do\nPlan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), Display, and YouTube for our D2C beauty brands\nOwn Google Shopping campaigns end-to-end - product feed setup, Google Merchant Center management, and feed optimization\nBuild and manage Performance Max campaigns with asset group structuring, audience signals, and listing group segmentation\nConduct in-depth keyword research - including match types, search term mining, and negative keyword management\nWrite and test multiple ad copy variations - headlines, descriptions, RSAs - for CTR and Quality Score improvement\nImplement and manage Smart Bidding strategies - Target ROAS, Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, and Enhanced CPC\nSet up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads conversion actions\nBuild RLSA (Remarketing Lists for Search Ads), Display remarketing, and YouTube remarketing audiences\nMonitor and optimize key metrics daily - ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, Impression Share, and Search Lost IS\nManage and allocate Google Ads budgets across brands to maximize monthly revenue targets\nRun structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments\nCoordinate with creative and content teams on ad assets, landing page briefs, and offer messaging\nBuild weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations via Looker Studio or GA4\nStay current with Google Ads updates - PMax changes, AI-driven features, and policy updates\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 2 year of hands-on Google Ads experience\nProven experience managing Google Search and Shopping campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands\nHands-on experience with Performance Max (PMax) campaigns and asset group structuring\nStrong command of Google Merchant Center and product feed management\nProficiency in conversion tracking setup via Google Tag Manager and GA4\nExperience with Smart Bidding strategies and budget optimization for ROAS targets\nStrong analytical mindset - comfortable with CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and Search IS metrics\nAbility to write high-converting RSA ad copy and brief creative teams on landing page requirements\nExperience in Beauty / Skincare / Personal Care D2C brands\nGoogle Ads Search or Shopping Certification\nFamiliarity with Looker Studio for performance dashboards\n\nWhy join us\nOwn Google Ads for 3 fast-growing D2C brands\nData-driven, test-obsessed work culture\nReal ownership, career growth & learning\nWork closely with brand & leadership team\nHike based on current CTC & performance\n\nLocation: Goregaon West, Mumbai | 6 Days Working
