The role involves the design, development, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.

Responsibilities include implementing reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), improving model efficiency, conducting model evaluation, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with client needs. The engineer will also stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and assist in integrating generative AI capabilities into Objectways' existing infrastructure.\n\nQualifications\nProficiency in machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch\nExperience in building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems\nUnderstanding of reinforcement learning techniques, specifically RLHF\nStrong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries\nProven ability to design and optimize machine learning algorithms at scale\nExperience with data engineering practices such as data collection, preprocessing, and analysis\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI models\nGood communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical concepts\nA strong academic foundation in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD preferred)\nKnowledge of ethical AI practices and understanding of data security protocols will be an advantage
