Property Manager

We are looking for dedicated and responsible Property Captains to manage and oversee our residential properties in Goa. This is a live-in role , where the Property Captain will reside at the assigned property and be responsible for its day-to-day operations, tenant experience, maintenance coordination, and overall upkeep.\n\nAccommodation will be provided at the property. Candidates should be comfortable staying on-site and being available to handle operational requirements and tenant concerns as needed.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTake complete ownership of the assigned property and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\nStay at the property and act as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors.\nEnsure all rooms and common areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and functionality.\nCoordinate and supervise housekeeping, maintenance staff, and external vendors.\nAddress tenant concerns, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.\nMonitor and ensure proper functioning of utilities, safety equipment, and fire protection systems.\nCoordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities.\nMaintain records, reports, and property-related documentation.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.\nBuild strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and local authorities when required.\nHandle emergency situations and provide timely resolutions.\n\nSkills Required\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership.\nCustomer-focused approach with a service mindset.\nBasic technical understanding of property maintenance and operations.\nAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectively.\nHigh sense of responsibility, accountability, and urgency.\nComfortable living on-site and managing property operations round the clock.\n\nEligibility\nBachelor's Degree in any discipline.\nFreshers are welcome to apply.\nPrior experience in hospitality, property management, operations, customer service, or facility management will be an added advantage.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nLocation: Chennai\nSalary: ₹25,000 per month + Incentives\nAccommodation Provided\n\nImportant Note\n\nThis is a live-in property management role and not a regular office-hours position.
