Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering technical solutions that align with client requirements. Daily tasks include conducting technical presentations, preparing proposals, collaborating with other team members to secure new business, providing technical support, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to bridge the gap between engineering and sales teams, driving the overall success of the organization.


Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering expertise and a strong understanding of technical solutions
  • Proficiency in Technical Support to address client queries and troubleshooting
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Sales and building customer relationships
  • Strong Customer Service skills for maintaining client satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Relevant engineering degree or technical background is preferred
  • Proficiency in industry-specific tools or software is an advantage
