Straightline Solutions, a premier experiential agency with over 4,000 successful projects like the Filmfare Awards, is hiring a dynamic Social Media manager based at Kolkata for its Digital marketing services vertical.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Strategy
- Own, manage, and scale organic presence of business projects or of our clients across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube .
- Plan, and schedule monthly calendars that align with business or client objectives
- Develop platform-specific strategies to elevate brand positioning, keeping a sharp eye on industry trends
2. Meta Ads running and evaluation
- End-to-end management of Meta Paid Ads (Facebook & Instagram Manager) , focusing on B2B lead generation, brand awareness, traffic, and conversion.
- Budget forecasting, daily campaign optimization, and scaling ad spend efficiently.
- Deep-dive into core data analytics to track and optimize critical KPIs: Reach, Impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, and ROAS .
3. YouTube Marketing
- Manage the business and /or clients YouTube channel, including content staging and optimization.
- Execute video SEO best practices: writing high-converting titles, descriptions, keyword tags, playlist management, and collaborating on thumbnail design
- Monitor channel growth analytics and run targeted YouTube video ad campaigns when required.
4. LinkedIn Marketing
- Curate thought-leadership content on LinkedIn to enhance visibility among corporate clients and business connects
- Design and execute employer branding initiatives
- Manage targeted LinkedIn talent-acquisition or lead management campaigns to support internal hiring across diverse departments.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–4 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in organic social media management and marketing (agency experience is a heavy plus).
- Technical Edge: Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google/YouTube Analytics, and social scheduling tools.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to translate complex data spreadsheets into actionable plans and budget optimizations.
