Technosport is Hiring | Project Associate\nDepartment: Data Management\nLocation: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu\nExperience: 2+ years\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support and coordinate Salesforce and Channel Connect initiatives across the organization. The role involves project coordination, business requirement gathering, data management, stakeholder communication, testing, and implementation support.\nThe ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project success by managing large datasets, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting system enhancements and business process improvements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManaging and maintaining project-related data and reports.\nGathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.\nCoordinating with stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.\nPerforming User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and tracking issues through to resolution.\nHandling a large set of data and managing cleaning processes.\nPreparing project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.\nMonitoring project timelines and following up on action items.\nSupporting implementation, training, and post-deployment activities.\nEnsuring timely communication between business and technical teams.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile:\nFluent in Hindi and English\nStrong communication and coordination skills\nPrior experience in project coordination or business analysis will be an added advantage\nPrior experience using Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
