Assistant Manager | Enabling Area – Alliance Marketing | Growth Office\nLocation: Delhi\n\nThe team\nAs part of the Marketing team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for driving and executing Alliances Marketing and Chamber Relations\n\nYour work profile\nDevelop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Deloitte’s alliances with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nCreate compelling content for various platforms including Deloitte website, social media, email campaigns, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and reports.\nCollaborate with internal teams (sales, business development, leadership) and external alliance teams to design and deliver co-branded marketing assets.\nSupport content development for video interviews, media interviews, and storyboarding for video content.\nDrive joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including webinars, events, and other promotional activities.\nHelp in creating marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, infographics, presentations) to support campaigns and enhance brand visibility.\nAssist in managing the lead generation process, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and optimizing for better results.\nEngage with internal stakeholders and alliance partners to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of joint marketing efforts.\nMonitor industry trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities within the technology space.\nReporting and Dashboards: Create detailed reports and dashboards to track the performance of marketing initiatives, measure KPIs, and provide insights for optimization and future campaigns.\nDrive priority chamber activations aligned with our chamber strategies, and manage tactical plans for internal and external eminence though events and Chamber engagements\nCoordinate with Chambers for placement of Deloitte’s subject matter experts across key events and positioning them in key chamber committees\nEmail Marketing Tools: Utilize tools like Marketo, Eloqua, or similar platforms to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring successful execution and lead nurturing.\nVendor and Operations Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team for invoicing, purchase orders, and tracking marketing budgets. Manage external vendors and agencies for campaign execution and creative assets.\nEnd to end management of events and post-event analysis\nSupport the larger marketing team on need basis.\nMaintain Partner Marketing team relations\n\nKey skills required: degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.\n4-6 years of experience in marketing or sales excellence, with a focus on technology marketing or working with strategic alliances.\nStrong content creation skills with experience writing for multiple platforms including social media, email, case studies, blogs, and whitepapers.\nStrong understanding of alliance marketing and sales funnel\nAbility to design and create marketing collateral; proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design platforms is a plus.\nFamiliarity with technology platforms and understanding of tech industry trends.\nExperience with lead generation, campaign management, and performance tracking.\nProven ability to manage external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
