E-learning Developer (Articulate Storyline 360)

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and creating multimedia assets for digital learning solutions.\nAs an eLearning Developer, you will collaborate with instructional designers, visual designers, and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that combine interactivity, visual design, animations, and multimedia content.\n\nResponsibilities:\n· Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.\n· Create assessments, quizzes, simulations, and scenario-based learning activities.\n· Design and develop graphics, icons, and visual assets for eLearning courses.\n· Integrate audio, video, animations, and interactive elements into courses.\n· Collaborate with team members to transform storyboards into engaging learning experiences.\n· Ensure courses meet quality standards, functionality requirements, and project timelines.\n· Perform testing and troubleshooting of eLearning courses before delivery.\n· Update and maintain existing learning content based on client and project requirements.\n· Follow eLearning development standards and best practices.\n· Stay updated with the latest trends in eLearning, multimedia, and instructional technology.\n\nKey Skills:\n· Articulate Storyline 360\n· Adobe Photoshop\n· Adobe Illustrator\nRequirements\n· 1–2 years of experience in eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360, multimedia development.\n· Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.\n· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.\n· Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools.\n· Understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.\n· Good communication and collaboration skills.\n· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\n· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n· Quick learner with the ability to independently learn and adapt to new tools and technologies relevant to eLearning development.\n· Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.\n· Portfolio showcasing eLearning, multimedia, design, or interactive projects is preferred.\nJob Type: Full-Time\nWork Mode: Remote / Hybrid\nContac t: Heena Shaik (CRO, SKILD Solutions); email: [email protected]
