Our Tier-III DC–hosted platform powers mission-critical workloads across BFSI, SaaS, manufacturing, IT/ITES, and digital-native enterprises.\nWe are expanding rapidly and looking for high-energy sales professionals who can help us scale the next multi-crore growth phase.\n\nRole Overview\nThe ZeaCloud Inside Sales role is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective customers, and supporting revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. The role focuses on solution positioning and consultative selling of private and hybrid cloud offerings through remote sales channels.\nThe Inside Sales executive will manage the sales process from initial outreach and lead nurturing to proposal coordination and deal closure, while working closely with the technical and presales teams to understand customer requirements and present tailored cloud solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPosition ZeaCloud’s private cloud value proposition to CXOs, IT heads, and architects\nUnderstand customer cloud strategy and map ZeaCloud solutions (Infrastructure-as-a-Service {IaaS}, Platform-as-a-Service {PaaS}, Backup-as-a-Service {BaaS}, DR-as-a-Service {DRaaS}, SASE-as-a-Service {SASEaaS}, SOC-as-a-Service {SOCaaS}, FinOps etc.)\nPrepare presentations, proposals, BoQs, and commercial offers\nWork with presales to lead customer workshops, PoCs, and solution walkthroughs\nMaintain strong CXO relationships with SMB, BFSI, SaaS, IT/ITES, manufacturing, and enterprise accounts.\nTrack pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity progress in CRM\nAchieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets\nProvide market insights, competition intel, pricing, and customer expectations\n\nExperience Required\n\n3–8 years in B2B IT Sales with strong exposure to:\n\nPrivate Cloud / Dedicated Cloud\nVirtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)\nIaaS, Managed Services, Hosted DC, Colo\nCompute, Storage, Networking\nBackup, DR, HA, Firewalls, Security\nCloud pricing & TCO understanding\n\nSkills & Competencies\n\nStrong solution-selling approach (not transactional)\nExcellent communication, storytelling & presentation skills\nAbility to engage CXOs confidently\nStrong proposal writing & documentation skills\nProven track record of meeting revenue targets\nHigh ownership, self-driven, competitive mindset\n\nPreferred Certifications\n\n(Not mandatory, but a big plus)\nVMware (VCP)\nOpenStack\nRHCE / Linux Admin\nCloud Fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP)\nCCNA/CCNP\nStorage/Virtualization certifications\n\nWhat You’ll Get at ZeaCloud\n\nCompetitive salary +high-performance incentive structure\nOwnership of enterprise accounts and opportunity to build a multi-crore cloud business\nWork closely with senior leadership and cloud architects\nFast-growing business line with career growth into:\n-Freedom to ideate, experiment, and shape the GTM strategy\n-Work with a Make-in-India cloud platform deployed across leading enterprises
