You will be entrusted with providing financial insights that drive decision-making and operational excellence, consolidated financials, working directly with senior stakeholders. We value innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning—and we’re excited to grow with you.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnterprise Consolidation & Reporting: Lead expense and headcount planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities across multiple product lines.
Deliver insightful financial analysis, variance reporting, and modelling.\nMonthly Board Reporting: Assist the preparation of the comprehensive Board reporting pack for private equity stakeholders. Ensure absolute precision and clarity in a format that supports strategic decision-making at the highest levels.\nAd Hoc Analytics & Insight Generation: Independently lead complex, unstructured data and analyses that deliver actionable insights on trends, variances, and scenario modeling to executive teams.\nPerformance Storytelling: Translate granular data into intuitive visual and narrative outputs, enabling finance and non-finance leaders to make informed decisions.\nBusiness Partnership: Collaborate with CXOs and their Directs, Corporate Finance leaders, and various other cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and performance.\nData Modelling: Build and maintain cost & revenue models that connect operational activities to financial outcomes. Manage capacity models to inform headcount planning and expense forecasting.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nChartered Accountant (CA), OR\nMBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.\n3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A—ideally in software or payments industry.\n\nTechnical Skills & Competencies:\nStrong grounding in accounting fundamentals, financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning.\nExpertise in tools: Snowflake (for data extraction/joins), Alteryx (for workflows and transformations), Power BI (for visual analytics), and advanced Excel (modeling, pivots, lookups, arrays), basics of Python (good to have, not mandatory skillset).\nExperience with Adaptive Planning or similar Planning & Budgeting tools.\nReasonable understanding of SaaS metrics, financial KPIs, and technology-driven business models.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\n\nPreferred Attributes:\nHighly dynamic individual comfortable with rapid changes and evolving priorities.\nQuestions the data, understands the “why,” and seeks to improve.\nDemonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nKnown for delivering accurate , high-stake work under tight deadlines with limited supervision.\nEnjoys working with sophisticated financial tools and data analytics platforms.\nStrategic thinker with a technology and data-focused approach to finance.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Bottomline, we are transforming the way businesses pay and get paid.
