The team is committed to a supportive, inclusive environment for both children and their caregivers.\nRole Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and converting inquiries from families and partner organizations into scheduled consultations and enrollments. In this role, the specialist will handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries, provide accurate information about the center’s services, and guide caregivers through the intake and enrollment process.
Daily tasks include lead follow-up, maintaining detailed records in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with therapists and administrative staff to ensure timely appointments and clear communication. The specialist will also conduct outbound calls to nurture leads, gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction, and support basic marketing and outreach campaigns. This role requires consistent, professional communication with empathy and clarity, especially when interacting with families seeking developmental support for their children.\nQualifications\nCandidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including managing funnels, follow-ups, and conversions.\nCandidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.\nCandidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain services clearly and build trust with families.\nRelevant experience in healthcare, education, or child development services is preferred, especially in a client-facing or sales role.\nAbility to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.\nProficiency with basic office software and CRM or lead-tracking tools is an advantage.\nMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, education, or a related field is desirable
