We are looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Executive to drive online sales and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive qualified leads, website traffic, and sales conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing and sales funnels.
• Experience with Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic SEO and landing page optimization knowledge.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing Certifications.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
• sales conversion focus + ROI driven campaigns
