Job Description
Overview\nThe Marketing & Communications team supports the business across brand, campaigns, research, PR, events, digital, internal communications and client-facing materials. The Graphic Designer will support the Marketing and Communications team in the creation of high-quality, brand-compliant design assets across print, digital, social, presentations, events and campaign materials.\n\nThis role requires a hands-on designer with strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, good layout and typography ability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced marketing environment.\n\nThe role is not a senior creative lead position, but it does require someone proactive, organised and confident enough to take a brief, ask the right questions, follow brand guidelines and produce polished work across a range of formats.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign and Creative Production\nDesign and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, research reports, proposals, presentations, event collateral, social media assets, email headers, website banners and digital campaign assets.\nCreate and adapt artwork for both print and digital use, ensuring all outputs are accurate, polished and brand compliant.\nSupport the design of client-facing pitch materials, credentials documents, service line presentations and business development collateral.\nTranslate research, data, charts and market insights into clear, visually engaging materials.\nRetouch, resize, crop and prepare imagery for use across marketing channels.\nSupport the creation of simple infographics, icons and visual layouts.\nAssist with basic video, animation or motion graphics where required, such as animated social posts, video-from-stills or short visual assets.\nSupport with floor plans, maps and property-related visual assets where required.\n\nBrand Consistency and Templates\nEnsure all design work follows Knight Frank brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual standard.\nAct as a brand guardian across day-to-day design outputs.\nCreate and maintain editable templates for presentations, social media, reports, newsletters and other recurring marketing materials.\nSupport the organisation of design files, image libraries, templates and artwork assets.\nEnsure correct naming conventions, version control and file management across all design work.\n\nDigital, Social and Campaign Support\nDesign assets for organic and paid social media, email marketing, web content, online advertising and digital campaigns.\nAdapt creative concepts and layouts across multiple formats and channels.\nPrepare assets in the correct specifications for LinkedIn, Instagram, email platforms, website CMS use and other digital channels.\nSupport the Marketing and Communications team with campaign rollouts, event promotions, service line marketing and internal communications.\n\nPrint and Production\nPrepare accurate print-ready artwork, including brochures, reports, flyers, invitations, signage, event materials and exhibition collateral.\nLiaise with printers, suppliers and production partners where required.\nEnsure correct file formats, artwork specifications, image resolution, bleed, colour settings and print production requirements.\nSupport procurement and supplier coordination for printed and branded materials when needed.\nTeam and Stakeholder Support\nWork closely with the Marketing and Communications team to understand briefs, priorities and deadlines.\nSupport internal stakeholders across service lines with design requirements, while maintaining brand standards.\nManage multiple briefs at one time and deliver work within agreed timelines.\nAsk clear questions where briefs are incomplete and help guide stakeholders towards the most effective design output.\nTake creative direction and feedback constructively.\nWork collaboratively with marketing colleagues, agencies, suppliers and wider business teams.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\nEssential\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design or marketing design role.\nStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.\nGood Canva skills, including the ability to create, adapt and maintain brand-compliant templates.\nStrong PowerPoint design skills, with the ability to create clean, professional and visually engaging presentations.\nStrong layout, typography and visual composition skills.\nGood understanding of print-ready and digital-ready artwork requirements.\nExperience designing across print, digital, social, email and presentation formats.\nGood image editing, retouching and resizing skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to proof artwork carefully.\nAbility to follow brand guidelines and apply them consistently.\nGood organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.\nComfortable working in a busy marketing environment with multiple stakeholders.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating layout, branding, digital, print and presentation design work.\n\nAdvantageous\nExperience using AI-enabled creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway or similar platforms.\nBasic motion graphics, animation or video editing skills using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar.\nExperience working in real estate, property, architecture, professional services, luxury, hospitality or B2B environments.\nExperience creating maps, floor plans, infographics or data-led visual content.\nArabic design/layout capability.\nExperience working
