This a fully Remote job.\n\nJob Description:\n\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Growth Operator to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have deep, proven experience across major e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon and Shopify, to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and manage digital operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Amazon Management: Execute and manage comprehensive strategies for our Amazon presence, including Amazon Ads, Amazon PPC campaigns, and setting up high-converting product listings (A+ content, SEO optimization).\n- Shopify Operations: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and strategic management of our Shopify store to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and conversion rates.\n- Meta Ads Strategy (Facebook & Instagram): Develop and execute high-performance Meta ad campaigns using Advantage+ automation; focus heavily on Creative Strategy by testing multiple video "hooks" and visual angles to drive traffic to both Shopify and Amazon (utilizing Amazon Attribution to track off-platform conversions).\n- TikTok Shop & Creator Management: Lead the end-to-end setup and daily operations of TikTok Shop, including managing the Affiliate Center to recruit creators, coordinating "shoppable" short-form video content, and ensuring account health by monitoring seller performance metrics and fulfillment SLAs.\n- Campaign and Sales Strategy: Develop, execute, and monitor e-commerce campaigns, offers, and sales promotions across all online channels to meet sales targets.\n- PPC Automation & AI System Management: Master and oversee advanced Amazon advertising stacks, specifically m19 for hourly algorithmic bidding and Helium 10 (Cerebro/Magnet) for deep-dive keyword research; audit AI-driven campaign structures to ensure "Search Term Isolation" and optimize for Total ACoS (TACoS) rather than just individual ad performance.\n- Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure efficient order fulfillment processes.\n- Platform Diversification: Explore and manage sales opportunities on emerging e-commerce platforms, including on-demand delivery applications and digital grocery stores. (Such as Thrive Market USA, Talabat UAE, Careem UAE, UAE, etc)\n- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide insights for continuous optimization of our e-commerce strategy.\n- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies.\n\nQualifications\n\n- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in a dedicated e-commerce role is required.\n- Amazon Expertise: Deep and proven experience (at least 3 years) specifically managing:\n- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)\n- Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategy and optimization\n- Amazon listing setup, optimization, and management\n- Shopify Proficiency: Proven experience with Shopify store setup, daily operation, and management, including app integration and theme customization.\n- Core E-commerce Skills: Proven experience in:\n- End-to-end e-commerce management\n- Digital campaign development and execution\n- Inventory management and forecasting\n- Developing and launching promotional offers and sales strategies\n- Platform Knowledge: Proven experience with diverse e-commerce platforms such as on-demand delivery apps, digital grocery stores, and other relevant marketplaces.\n- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in e-commerce analytics platforms, and excellent project management abilities.\n- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
