Delivering from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico and Hyderabad, India, our scalable solutions cater precisely to diverse business requirements and multiple time zones (US time zone alignment).\n\nAbout Role:\nWe are looking for dynamic Inside Sales Specialist in Azure inside sales to join our Hyderabad-based GTM team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud-based lead generation, strong understanding of Microsoft Azure offerings, and proven success in driving early-stage sales cycles for cloud services.\nThis role will play a pivotal part in strengthening our Azure GTM motion, accelerating pipeline development, and supporting co-selling and collaboration with Microsoft field teams.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead Generation & Qualification\nIdentify, prospect, and engage decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market accounts.\nExecute targeted outbound campaigns aligned with WCT's Azure GTM initiatives.\nConduct high-quality discovery calls to qualify customer needs, timelines, and budgets.\nNurture leads through early stages to build strong sales-ready pipeline for the field team .\nAzure GTM & Co-sell Alignment\nDrive outreach for Azure-specific offerings such as modernization, migration, Data & AI, and security.\nAlign outreach with Microsoft-funded programs like AMM, Azure Innovate, and FastTrack.\nInbound & Outbound Responsiveness\nRespond promptly to inbound leads, RFPs, and customer inquiries.\nMaintain consistent cadence-driven outreach to maximize conversions.\nEnsure follow-ups, documentation, and CRM hygiene are maintained at all times.\nSales Enablement & Collaboration\nWork closely with GTM, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to support customer conversations.\nSchedule customer meetings, demos, assessments, and workshops.\nDocument insights, objections, and competitive intelligence to improve win rates .\nRequired Qualifications:\nInside Sales or Lead Generation experience in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.\nStrong understanding of Azure workloads: Migration, App Modernization, Data & AI, Security, DevOps, etc.\nExperience working with Microsoft field teams, PDMs, or co-sell programs.\nExcellent communication, articulation, and customer engagement skills.\nExperience using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with Microsoft funding programs (AMM, Innovate, AI Readiness Assessments).\nExposure to Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, DP-900, etc.).\nPrior experience with US geography or enterprise accounts.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity Declaration:\nWCT is an equal opportunity employer.
