Senior AI Product Manager (ID # 849)

In this role, you’ll lead the development of our Voice AI platform and the go-to-market for our agentic voice AI. This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one opportunity to define product strategy, scale infrastructure, and empower developers and businesses to build with SquadStack’s AI capabilities.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProduct Strategy & Vision\nDefine and lead the roadmap for our Voice AI platform, aligning product initiatives with the company vision.\nWork with leadership to translate abstract ideas into product strategy and modular platform offerings.\nStay ahead of trends in LLMs, agentic workflows, voice AI, and platform ecosystems.\n\nProduct Development & Execution\nCollaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality, high-leverage products.\nTranslate user needs into APIs, SDKs, and platform components that external teams can build on.\nLead the product lifecycle end-to-end—from problem discovery to post-launch iteration.\n\nGo-to-Market & Ecosystem Building\nDesign a thoughtful GTM strategy with business teams: pricing, positioning, self-serve onboarding, and documentation.\nWork closely with sales, marketing, and success to drive adoption across enterprises and SMEs.\nGather feedback from early adopters, devs, and internal users to iterate fast.\n\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the product bridge across internal teams (infra, sales, CX ops).\nEvangelise platform thinking across the company—driving clarity on where we build vs expose.\n\nQualifications\n\n7-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or PaaS.\nEx-Engineers or Technical/ Data Background (but now product-focused).\nUnderstand AI-native or workflow orchestration products.\nHave worked on extensible platforms or developer products.\nCan marry infra thinking with product-led GTM, and build for both enterprise and SME/long-tail devs.\nClear, compelling communication—can explain complex concepts to both engineers and execs.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nHands-on experience building or launching PaaS or workflow automation tools.\nFounder or early-stage startup experience—bias for action and clarity under chaos.\nExposure to LLM tooling, voice AI, or agentic workflows.\n\nPay range and compensation package\n\nCompensation: Competitive!\n\nJoining: ASAP!\n\nLocation: Noida\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement\n\nWhy join us?
