The Role
This is a hunting role.
You will be responsible for opening doors, creating enterprise opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and progressing opportunities through discovery, solutioning, and pilot stages.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Message Central, a U2opia company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and building strong pipeline of Global markets
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced technology environment, interact with businesses across industries, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition of Message Central solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and map solutions to their business needs.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales activity targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in lead generation, prospecting, tele-calling, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
- Ability to confidently conduct product demonstrations and engage with potential customers.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, technology products, or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or related roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
