PIBM is looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead academic execution, student discipline, engagement, and employability readiness for a large student cohort.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end academic planning, timetables, and calendar execution.
• Ensure high standards of student discipline, attendance, conduct, and engagement.
• Drive smooth academic delivery and learning outcome attainment.
• Lead student mentoring, interventions, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with faculty, administration, and placement teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor internship and placement readiness through structured development initiatives.
• Manage a team of Assistant Batch Incharges and Student Coordinators.

What We Are Looking For

'14; 10+ years of experience in Academic Operations, Student Affairs, Education Management, or similar leadership roles.

'14; Strong people management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

'14; Ability to handle large-scale operations and student-centric environments.

'14; Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.

'14; Empathetic yet authoritative leadership style.
