At Pear Media, we are results-driven and believe in delivering impactful outcomes for our clients.\n\nAt Pear Media LLC , we’re scaling aggressively and looking for a Google Ads Expert who can not only drive performance but also lead and mentor a team of media buyers.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n· Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists/media buyers\n· Plan, execute, and scale high-budget campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)\n· Drive performance across campaigns with focus on ROAS, CPA & revenue growth\n· Build and implement scaling strategies for global markets (US & others)\n· Oversee campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation\n· Ensure accurate tracking setup (GTM, Pixels, Analytics, attribution models)\n· Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to leadership\n· Collaborate with creative & landing page teams to improve conversion rates\nWhat We’re Looking For\n· 2–3 years of experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing\n· Proven experience in handling and scaling high-budget campaigns\n· Prior experience in team handling or leadership role\n· Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution & analytics\n· Data-driven mindset with strong decision-making ability\n· Experience working in a performance marketing or affiliate environment\nB.Tech / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering preferred)\n\n⭐ Bonus:\n· Experience in international markets (US/Global)\n· Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages & CRO\n\nWhy Join us?\n· Lead high-performing teams & large-scale campaigns\n· Work directly on global clients & big budgets\n· Fast-growing, performance-focused environment\n· High ownership with leadership visibility\n\nApplication Link:\nhttps://apply.pearmedia.us/apply/e05af14f-df6e-41c5-abca-4da8d168687c
