Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance

Role Purpose-\nTo manage smooth & efficient functioning of Quality Assurance- CUSTOMER SERVICE Section and To handle MSIL related requirements for product , process and change management specifically\n\nRoles & Responsibilities-\nSequencing defects analysis summarization and documentation / Past Countermeasure document control and verification,\nCollection of Data from shopfloor for SMIR & 4M online report which is to be submitted on MSIL Extranet & Upload on Portal,\nDaily updation of Defect,line rejection,Stock rejection,Warranty, Daily DI & CARV status from Customer portal,\nLotout intiation, execution & clearence,\nInspection, Documentation & Sample preparation of Parts as per Revalidation plan/ Customer visit/Audits,\nMSIL sequencing PPM, rejection & GCA display on shop floor via OPL and Claim Information sheet display for any defect,\nInitiate & ensure the Engineering changes implementation in the parts as per customer requirement,\nMSIL Warranty rejection cost reduction,\nSample evaluation during initial product development,\nTotal employees involvement,\nTraining and understanding of person to attend market claims,\nMonitoring of past claim countermeasures on monthly basis,\nMonitoring & evaluate packing quantity increased in pallet,\nManage multi-claims during one visit,\nCo-ordinate to send inspection gauge at customer sites for glass inspection through company's dispatch trailer,\nTo participate in section budgeting and control,\nTo monitor & implement SOP's for safety so as to build safe working environment by ensuring adherence to safety norms,\n\nRequired Expertise-\nKnowledge of Glass Manufacturing process., Claim handling procedure,\nExcellent in Problem solving techniques, Engineering change procedure, FMEA, PQCT, PPAP ,MSA, SPC\n\nRole Requirements-\n-3-6 years of total experience,\n-B.Tech./B.E. (Mechanical) must have qualification\n-Required industry exposure- Manufacturing/Auto/OEM
