Plan and oversee the creation and maintenance of all formats of web-based content shown on various online media and social platforms (including website, social media, email campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and marketing collateral).\nDevelop and deploy easy-to-understand creative content to promote organizations' products, services, and brands.\nDefine clear audience personas and help the marketing team understand who to target and why. Translate product features and trading advantages into clear, compelling messaging for traders.\nCollaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideasfor marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.\nPresent creative concepts and campaigns to senior management and clients, incorporating feedback as necessary.\nNurture a highly productive in-house team and the partner/agency universe.\nSupervise the creation of a wide range of materials, including advertisements, videos, social media content, websites, and packaging.\nStay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.\nEnsure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms.
