Design Engineer

A solid understanding of international standards (ASME, EN, DIN, JIS, and Indian codes), GD&T, manufacturing processes, FMEA, Cp, and Cpk is necessary. With strong analytical ability, good communication skills, teamwork.\n\nResponsibilities\nExplore machine feasibility against required specification with Design calculation, process standards and Prepare assembly and part design / drafting.\nEnsure product design / drawings are released in conformity with technical specification and design standards.\nGenerate BOM, Drawing, Schedules of the Machine to Optimise of Finance, Manpower and Store Resources.\nOptimize the designs, manufacturing process / impart value addition by lean manufacturing techniques\nOptimize & regulate the old stocks / high value inventories & utilize it in some dedicated automated solutions.\nImplement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in new design\nImplement design & drawing standards (JIS/BS/ISO) for seamless manufacturing and assembly of machine\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 70% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation\nMinimum 4 years of experience\nProficient in Solid works\nStrong organizational and communication skills
