CTC: 2.40- 3.60 LPA\nLocation: Gurgaon (On-site)\nExperience: 6 months - 1.5 Years\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate with vendors for pricing discussions, pre-sale negotiations, and ensure seamless execution post project confirmation.\nMaintain and update project trackers regularly to ensure real-time visibility of progress and status.\nSupport account managers and sales teams by providing inputs on pricing, timelines, and project-related details.\nAssist in creating pitch presentations and conduct research as required to support business proposals.\nVisit vendors, project sites, or event locations during execution to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.\nTake ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall project success as required\nAny other relevant task as and when assigned.\n\nOther Requirements:\nStrong understanding of brand activations, events, on-ground marketing, and influencer collaborations.\nStrong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and influencers.\nWillingness to travel for market visits and vendor coordination.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.\nA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.\nStrong ownership-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
