Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven admission counselor who is passionate about guiding students and working professionals toward the right career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding career opportunities and training programs.
Guide candidates on our flagship programs:
- Data Analytics
- AWS & DevOps
- Salesforce & Agentforce
- Java Full Stack Development
- Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies
- Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in counseling sessions.
- Understand candidates‘ educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement support, fee structures, and career prospects.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, referrals, and other sources.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Support students through the admission process, documentation, registration, and fee collection.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s Degree in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in:
Admission Counseling
Academic Counseling
Telecalling
Business Development
Sales
Customer Service
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Education, Training, Coaching, or EdTech
Understanding of IT courses and technology career paths
Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and admission conversions
