- Drive end-to-end business transformation initiatives aligned to Quantum priorities and TOM requirements
- Translate strategic design decisions into executable implementation plans, milestones, and business outcomes
- Support spans & layers redesign, role/accountability clarity, and operating rhythm changes
- Track transformation milestones, risks, dependencies, and value realization
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure aligned execution under a single transformation umbrella
- Identify bottlenecks, manage implementation risks, and enable timely decision-making
- Support leadership governance, progress reporting, and adoption of new ways of working
