RPA & Python Developer- Job Description
RPA & Python Developer responsible for building scalable automation solutions using RPA tools and Python to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Develop Python scripts/applications for automation, data processing, and system integration
• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Build and deploy bots, workflows, and reusable automation components
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure security, compliance, and auditability of automation solutions
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool:
  • UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience in:
  • REST APIs & system integrations
  • Data handling (Pandas, NumPy)
  • File processing (Excel, CSV, PDF automation)
• Good understanding of workflows, orchestration, and scheduling
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Version control experience using Git

Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integrations (NLP, OCR, document processing)
• Knowledge of Intelligent Automation / Hyperautomation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with queue management, triggers, and bot scheduling
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments
• Understanding of microservices or API-driven architecture
