About The Job:
- We are looking for an experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant with strong pharma/life sciences experience to lead and execute change management for business and digital transformation programs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute the OCM strategy and plan
- Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment
- Conduct change impact assessments
- Create and manage communication plans and collaterals
- Lead training and user enablement
- Track adoption, readiness, and resistance
- Support go-live, hypercare, and sustainment
Qualifications:
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OCM / change management
- Strong experience in pharma / life sciences
- Proven experience in implementing and executing OCM strategy
- Experience in digital transformation / system implementation
- Strong skills in communication, training, stakeholder management, and adoption tracking
- Experience in regulated environments is preferred
Preferred
- Exposure to Veeva, QMS, Quality Docs, or similar transformation programs
- Experience working across cross-functional and global teams
