Business Analyst

Over 8 years of strong Business Analysis experience

Strong data analytical skills and Database experience

Experience in User Story Management, Storyboarding, burn-down analysis, Velocity tracking

Good hands on experience in using Jira, Gitlab and Agile projects conducting sprint ceremonies

Experience in using MS office, MS Visio, Power BI
Work with stakeholders to understand their business reporting needs and issues faced with the current process of reporting.
Understand sources of data, types of data and analyze logical mapping of data received from different sources.
Conduct deep dive requirement gathering sessions, analysis of design and data requirements.
Prepare report designs and create attribute mapping with logics related to joining, exceptions, aggregations and analytical views.
Facilitate data onboarding from upstream sources to ensure data availability within dataglobe
Understand current business and data processes and provide design inputs for the proposed reporting solution.
Analyze data sets, create flow diagrams, prepare high level summaries and workflows.
Work with the dev team on enhancements and defects for troubleshooting.
Engage with the developers and testers to ensure quality delivery, on time.
Plan, estimate, and manage risks, issues, project reporting, stakeholders, and build strong relationships with the business.
Assist in project execution through JIRA tracking and providing status updates to internal and business stakeholders.
Conducted sprint ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Rotational Daily Scrum
