Job Summary:
This role involves developing and implementing advanced features for an AI Assistant, focusing on backend systems and user interface creation. You will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience through CRM integrations and automation initiatives. A strong background in building robust APIs and user-facing applications is essential for success.

• Develop new tools and functionalities for the AI Assistant.

• Construct and maintain backend services and APIs.

• Implement user interfaces using React and Redux.

• Integrate with CRM systems for enhanced automation.

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to deliver key features.

• 5 years of Ruby on Rails development experience.

• Proven ability to design and build APIs.

• Proficiency in React and Redux for frontend development.

Experience in building and maintaining complex backend systems and user-facing web applications is highly preferred.
