As a Product development Trainee, you will not be watching from the sidelines - you will contribute to building real products and demonstrate them to customers. This role involves traveling across India and international for user behavioural analysis, application study, product validation, installation, promotion, and other engineering assignments. PTP is a 12-month program, designed to transform fresh graduates into confident Product Development professionals. What You'll Learn During the program, you will receive hands-on exposure to the complete journey of Product Development, starting from understanding problem definition, design, development, integration, validation, and deployment. You will learn how to: Design products and features from scratch Translate customer requirements into clear technical requirements and develop practical engineering solutions Build mock-ups, prototypes, and production ready models Perform root-cause analysis and support developing the corrective actions to solve engineering challenges Collaborate with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Service, and Business development teams Why Join PTP? Engineering background, Full-time graduates with Bachelors or Master's degree, including BCA / MCA Eligible departments: Electrical / Electronics / Communication Mechanical / Automobile Industrial Design / Product Design Production / Manufacturing Robotics / Mechatronics Computer Science / IT / Software AI / Data Science Consistent academic record of CGPA above 7.0 Fresh graduates who want to build a long-term career in Product development Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Interest in technology, product development, and problem-solving Self-driven, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership Willingness to travel across India and internationally Benefits CTC for Bachelors degree holder: 5 LPA Fixed compensation: 3.8 LPA Performance incentive: 1.2 LPA CTC for Masters degree holder: 5.6 LPA Fixed compensation: 4.4 LPA Performance incentive: 1.2 LPA Insurance coverage Group Medical Cover (GMC): 5 lakh Group Personal Accident Cover (GPA): 10 lakh Performance incentive Incentive become applicable after the initial three-month training period.
