Experience<\/span> Core Software Skills<\/span> 5 to 8 years of experience in teaching in Universities\/Colleges. Industry experience would be an addition.<\/span> Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)<\/span> 3D modeling and animation softwaer (Autodesk Maya, Maxon Cinema 4D)<\/span> Web and interactive design tools (Adobe XD, Figma)<\/span> Video and motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro)<\/span> Digital audio and music production tools (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools)<\/span> 3d and 2d animation \- Blender, Maya , Animate<\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span> Leading a School of Design and Multimedia with a student\-focused approach.<\/span> Responsibility and accountability for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the Department in line with Faculty. Managing student discipline and learning experience.<\/span> Responsibility for Teaching the Students. Delivering sessions on the Syllabus as per university norms.<\/span> Promotion and representation of the college both internally and externally<\/span> Provision of the best possible student experience through, the fulfilment of the College responsibilities concerning students in respect of their admission, internship, placement, progress and examination.<\/span> Review and develop new program in order to attract new students and Markets.<\/span> Ensuring that staff performance is managed appropriately and that fair workload allocation processes are in place.<\/span>
