Commissioning & Execution
- Execute commissioning activities of CHP systems including crushers, conveyors, stacker reclaimers, feeders, and associated auxiliaries.
- Plan and oversee pre-commissioning checks such as equipment inspection, alignment, trial runs, and system readiness.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal teams for successful commissioning.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to commissioning schedules and milestones.
- Conduct functional testing, loop checking, and system integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Verify interlocks, protections, and automation logic in coordination with C&I teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning and stabilization phases.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements during all commissioning activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards at site.
- Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
- Maintain commissioning reports, test records, checklists, and system documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly progress reports and highlight critical issues.
- Ensure proper handover documentation post commissioning completion.
- Liaise with project teams, operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination.
- Support training of operation teams for smooth transition post-commissioning.
