Commissioning Execution
- Execute commissioning activities of CHP systems including conveyors, crushers, feeders, stackers, reclaimers, and auxiliaries.
- Perform pre-commissioning checks such as inspection, alignment, lubrication, and readiness verification.
- Support trial runs, system start-ups, and performance testing of CHP equipment.
- Ensure commissioning activities are completed as per defined timelines and project schedules.
- Conduct functional checks, loop testing, and validation of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with Electrical and C&I teams for interlock verification and automation logic testing.
- Identify and resolve issues during commissioning and stabilization phases.
- Work closely with EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal teams during commissioning activities.
- Assist senior team members in execution planning and issue resolution.
- Support operations team during handover and stabilization period.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE standards at site.
- Participate in safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
- Identify risks and take preventive actions during commissioning activities.
- Maintain commissioning checklists, test reports, and activity records.
- Provide regular progress updates and highlight key risks/issues to reporting manager.
- Ensure proper documentation for system handover to operations team.
