Senior Project Manager, ERP Program Management Electronics

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager specializing in data migration to lead our SAP data migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of data migration strategies, tools, and best practices within the SAP ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring the successful transfer of data during SAP implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data migration projects within SAP, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality throughout the migration process.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies specific to data migration activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to address potential issues.
• Facilitate data validation and reconciliation processes post-migration to ensure data integrity.
• Provide updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes.
• Mentor and guide team members on data migration best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP project management, with a strong focus on data migration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
