The team emphasises strategy-led execution to help clients stand out in competitive digital markets.\nLocation: On-site Mumbai\nJob Type: Full-time\nExperience: 2–5 Years\nCompany: D’Genius Solutions\nD’Genius Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Motion Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team.\nWe are looking for someone who can combine AI tools, motion graphics, graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling to create high-quality content for brands, campaigns, reels, social media, digital ads, and promotional videos.\nThis role is ideal for a designer who understands modern content formats and knows how to use AI creatively without compromising design quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate static and video creatives for social media, ads, reels, campaigns, and brand promotions.\nUse AI tools to generate visuals, characters, backgrounds, product scenes, and creative concepts.\nCreate motion graphic videos with smooth transitions, text animations, visual effects, and engaging layouts.\nConvert AI-generated images into animated videos using image-to-video AI tools.\nEdit reels and short-form videos with proper pacing, subtitles, sound, and motion graphics.\nDesign banners, launch creatives, festive creatives, promotional posts, and campaign visuals.\nWork closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaign ideas.\nMaintain high-quality design finishing, spacing, alignment, lighting, colour correction, and visual consistency.\nStay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, motion graphic styles, and social media content formats.\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics.\nExperience with AI image generation and AI video generation tools.\nGood understanding of social media creatives, digital ads, branding, and campaign design.\nStrong sense of typography, layout, colour, lighting, and composition.\nGood video editing and animation skills.\nAbility to create engaging reels, short-form videos, and promotional videos.\nAttention to detail in design finishing, alignment, spacing, and visual quality.\nAbility to work on multiple creative styles for different brand requirements.\nTools Knowledge\nGood working knowledge of:\nAdobe Photoshop\nAdobe Illustrator\nAdobe After Effects\nAdobe Premiere Pro\nMidjourney / Leonardo AI / Adobe Firefly\nRunway / Kling AI / Pika Labs\n\nKnowledge of additional AI tools, plugins, templates, and automation workflows will be an added advantage.\n\nExperience Required\n2–5 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, AI creative design, social media creatives, video editing, or digital advertising.\nExperience in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, branding agency, content studio, or in-house marketing team will be preferred.\nA portfolio or showreel is required.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for someone who can think creatively, use AI tools smartly, design professionally, and create polished visual content for different brands and campaigns.\nThe ideal candidate should not only know the tools but should also understand visual storytelling.
