In this position, you will oversee day-to-day property operations on behalf of clients, including coordinating maintenance requests, tracking occupancy, and monitoring lease compliance. You will handle lease administration tasks such as preparing and reviewing lease documents, maintaining accurate lease records, and ensuring timely renewals and notices.
The role includes frequent communication with tenants, property owners, and vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive service experience. You will also support rent collection, basic financial reporting, and contribute to occupancy and retention efforts through professional, service-oriented interactions.\nQualifications\nStrong Property Management and Lease Administration skills, including handling lease documents, renewals, and day-to-day property operations.\nExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants, owners, and vendors in a professional and responsive manner.\nSales or relationship-building skills to support tenant retention, occupancy goals, and client satisfaction.\nProficiency with property management or related software, and solid skills in spreadsheets and documentation tools.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously in a remote environment.\nExperience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred.\nRelevant education in business, real estate, property management, or a related discipline is beneficial.
