Design Trainee

Job Requirements:\nFluent in English\nFull-time bachelor's degree or above, priority given to graduates from well-known Indian engineering/comprehensive universities, key private universities, or design institutes; major in Design (Industrial Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, etc.)\nGood design and aesthetic skills, eager to learn and improve, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, good team collaboration skills, portfolio required\nHonest, reliable, and of good character\nCross-cultural adaptability, willing to travel or be assigned to other countries in the future (including China, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, America, etc.)\nAdditional advantages: basic knowledge of Chinese, familiarity with or experience related to China, holding a passport with no adverse visa record, prior experience as a student leader or in organizing large-scale events\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide technical support to business teams, such as CAD drawing, 3D Max rendering, video production, etc.\nProvide solution support to business teams, such as product configuration, space planning, color coordination, etc.\nRegular communication with clients to understand business needs and identify new business opportunities\n\nCareer Development Direction:\nResponsible for solution design-related work, working locally in India in the future, or traveling to/stationing in the China headquarters or other countries as required by company development.
