We are looking for an experienced Project Planning Leader from the Construction Industry to join our growing team.

This role requires a highly driven professional who can lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, risk management, and execution control for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in managing complex construction schedules, tracking project performance, identifying delays, and driving recovery plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, master plans, milestone trackers, and baseline construction programs using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Identify critical path activities, project dependencies, and resource constraints across project phases
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved schedules
• Track schedule variance, productivity trends, cost performance, and execution bottlenecks
• Prepare management dashboards, progress reports, and planning reviews for leadership
• Perform delay analysis and identify risks impacting project delivery timelines
• Create mitigation strategies and recovery schedules to address project slippages
• Plan manpower deployment, equipment allocation, and resource utilization effectively
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and long-lead items
• Support project cash flow planning and overall project cost control
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution commitments are met

Required Experience

• 10–18 years of experience in Project Planning / Project Controls / Construction Scheduling
• Strong experience in the Construction Industry
• Proven experience managing large and complex project schedules involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, dependencies, and execution challenges
• Experience in handling schedule recovery, risk mitigation, and project reporting
