BIM Modeler - Liquid Cooling Systems

Job Role : BIM Modeler (SFN / Liquid Cooling Systems)

Job Location : Mumbai

We are looking for a BIM Modeler (SFN / Liquid Cooling Systems) to develop and manage coordinated 3D BIM models for SFN (Secondary Fluid Network) , ensuring clash-free design, accurate fabrication outputs, and seamless integration with CDU, racks, and MEP systems .

This role is critical in enabling efficient design coordination and high-quality project execution for advanced liquid cooling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models for SFN piping including headers, branches, valves, CDU, and rack connections
• Maintain accuracy in pipe routing, elevations, and clearances
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, structural, and architectural teams
• Resolve clashes using BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks
• Generate shop drawings, spool drawings, BOQs, and isometric drawings
• Ensure fabrication-ready deliverables for execution teams
• Perform clash analysis and close clashes before the construction stage
• Follow project BIM standards and naming conventions
• Ensure alignment with SFN design requirements
• Maintain updated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Track revisions and issue updated drawings
