The role requires strong ownership, precision, and adherence to standardized workflows designed to support organizational scalability.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Manage client, broker, and stakeholder communications with zero-defect accuracy.\n• Track portfolio performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.\n• Maintain communication logs, portfolio records and documentation.\n• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.\n• Identify process improvement opportunities and support Standard Work implementation.\n• Ensure compliance with SLAs and organizational protocols.\n• Prepare strategic updates, operational dashboards and portfolio reviews for leadership.\n\nDaily, Weekly & Monthly Expectations\nDaily: Execute portfolio workflows, maintain communication records, and resolve operational bottlenecks.\nWeekly: Audit KPIs, review portfolio performance metrics, and align with stakeholders.\nMonthly: Deliver portfolio updates, strategic reports, and process improvement recommendations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n• 5+ years of experience\n• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Operations, or a related field.\n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n• Strong analytical, documentation and reporting capabilities.\n• Advanced proficiency in Excel and business reporting tools.\n\nMandatory Application Requirements\n• Video submission explaining relevant experience and role fit.\n• Plan for managing daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.\n• Examples of portfolio management, stakeholder communication, or process improvement achievements.
