You will work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions, guide design and development, support planning and estimation, and drive successful end-to-end delivery outcomes.\n\nWork you’ll do:\n\nCollaborate with the functional team and client to thoroughly understand business requirements. Oversee technical delivery by providing architectural and implementation recommendations. Lead documentation efforts, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

Direct the design and development of solutions, ensuring timely delivery according to project plans. Work closely with project leadership to identify and escalate potential risks and prepare status reports. Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between various teams within the engagement.

With your focus on innovation and measurable value, you will empower clients to achieve strategic objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace by addressing core business challenges and opportunities across industries.\n\nLocation: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bengaluru\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired\n\n10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and enterprise delivery\nStrong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform architecture\nExperience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, platform security, and integrations\nExperience in delivering nCino implementations for banking or financial services clients\nProven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper care\nExperience integrating Salesforce/nCino with core banking systems, middleware, document platforms, or third-party services\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams\nExperience in estimation, work planning, technical leadership, and delivery governance\nAbility to mentor teams and manage distributed delivery models\nCertification: Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or Sales Cloud Consultant or nCino certifications or direct product implementation credentials\nBE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university\nPreferred:\n\nExperience in commercial lending, retail banking, loan origination, account opening, or treasury processes\nFamiliarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools for Salesforce such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Git-based deployment models\nExperience with Agile delivery, release management, and enterprise design governance\nPrior experience supporting RFPs, pursuits, and solution shaping
