The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, a deep understanding of digital content formats, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals that drive audience engagement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCreative Design & Content Assets\nDesign engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and the Pinkvilla App.\nCreate eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and Shorts to maximize click-through rates.\nDevelop static creatives, carousels, story templates, and promotional graphics for editorial and entertainment content.\nDesign banners, landing page assets, and campaign creatives for marketing and growth initiatives.\nBrand Solutions & Campaigns\nCreate high-quality branded content creatives for sponsored campaigns and partnerships.\nDesign creatives for IPs, events, contests, and integrated brand campaigns.\nEnsure adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and innovation.\nVideo & Motion Support\nCreate graphic elements, title cards, lower thirds, and overlays for videos and podcasts.\nCollaborate with video editors and producers to deliver visually impactful content.\nBasic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.\nCollaboration & Execution\nWork closely with editorial, social media, video, marketing, and brand solutions teams to understand requirements and deliver assets within timelines.\nStay updated with design trends, entertainment trends, and platform best practices.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.\n\nRequirements\n2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital media, entertainment, or publishing.\nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is an added advantage.\nStrong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.\nExperience in designing YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.\nA strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, and campaign work.\nPreferred Skills\nUnderstanding of entertainment and celebrity content trends.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools and creative workflows.\nBasic motion graphics and animation skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBring Pinkvilla’s stories, videos, and campaigns to life through compelling visual design.\nDrive audience engagement through creative and thumb-stopping content.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful content experiences across platforms.
